Deputy Ash with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Plymouth Goshen Trail on Sunday at about 7 p.m.
The driver was identified as 37-year-old Joseph Esposito from Knox. He was found to have an Indiana Driver’s License with the status of suspended with a prior conviction.
Esposito was subsequently arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in for driving while suspended with a prior as a class A misdemeanor and held on a $500 cash bond.
