A previous trespasses individual was arrested for being at the Red Rock Inn.
Plymouth Police Officers were assisting with a medical call at the Red Rock Inn on the Fourth of July when one of the officers observed 49-year-old Katina Mattke on the property. Mattke had just been arrested on July 1st for the same offense.
City officers were able to confirm the trespass order with the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center and Mattke was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was booked in for Criminal Trespass without any incident and held on a $500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
