Plymouth Police were made aware of a male subject in the Wings Etc. Parking lot may be intoxicated on Thursday, June 19th at 7:25 p.m.
Officer Allen conducted a DUI investigation on 27-year-old Seth M. Joseph of Plymouth.
Joseph was transported to the Marshall County Correctional Facility, where he was offered a chemical test, and the results indicated that he was over two times the legal limit.
Seth Joseph was then booked into the County Jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at .15% or higher and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
