The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Craig J. Coad, 43, Monterey, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on original charges of resisting law enforcement and neglect of a dependent. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. and Miami County Road 1000 South and held without bond.

• Bruce A. Freant, 48, 711 Madison St., Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with nonsupport of a dependent child. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $2,000 cash bond.

• Kinley D. Johnson-Poole, 27, Indianapolis, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on original charges of driving without ever receiving a license and reckless driving. He was picked up at the Hendricks County Jail and held without bond.

• Christian L. Kimberlin, 18, 621 Jefferson St., Rochester, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of voyeurism. He was taken into custody by city police after allegedly hiding a cellphone to record in a bathroom of an upstairs apartment at 317 Main St. He was held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Martinez Hernandez, 22, 317 E. 14th St., Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of public intoxication and forgery. He was taken into custody by city police at Pizza Quik, 1101 Main St., where he was reportedly falling on the floor. He was later released on his own recognizance.

• Justin R. Monroe, 33, Wabash, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of possession of a controlled substance, identity deception and obstruction of justice, as well as an unspecified warrant. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Olson Road and Reed Lane and held without bond.

• Nathaniel B. Hicks, 29, 4987 E. Wood Drive, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of domestic battery, strangulation and interfering in the reporting of a crime. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Brandon D. Swanson, 44, South Bend, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving without ever receiving a license. He was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
