The following were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Mark D. Henderson, 50, Bloomington, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of identity deception and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at U.S. 31 and Olson Road and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Brandi R. Swango, 42, Bloomington, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. She was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at U.S. 31 and Olson Road and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond. She was additionally held on an Owen County warrant.

• Shauna L. Dollinger, 66, 502 S. Logan St., Apt. 12, Kewanna, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of public nudity and public intoxication. She was taken into custody by city police after allegedly peeing on a sidewalk outside Woodlawn Hospital, 1400 E. Ninth St., and later released on her own recognizance.
• Alexandria Constance Irena Hamilton, 27, Dayton, was arrested Saturday on an Allen County warrant. She was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies in the area of Fulton Avenue and Monticello Road.

• Justise C. Keeler, 31, Lafayette, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies with Hamilton.

• Ryan A. Jolly, 38, Monterey, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of theft. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at Rochester Plaza and held without bond.

• Joel Tello, 24, Granger, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies along U.S. 31 near Olson Road and later released on his own recognizance.

• James T. Roseberry, 67, Kokomo, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at county roads 600 North and 675 West and later released on his own recognizance.
• Tyler M. Stevens, 32, 9033 Olson Road, Delong, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of disorderly conduct and battery against a public safety official. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at 9853 Willow Drive and held without bond.

• David A. Tooley, 27, Denver, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.
• Caleb C. Steckel, 44, 2878 N. Knoll Drive, Macy, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at his home and later released on his own recognizance.
