The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Matthew W. Dimond, 56, 312 W. Ninth St., Rochester, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. He was taken into custody by city police at Pak-A-Sak, 1030 Main St., and later released on his own recognizance.

• Donald C. Smith Jr., 64, 1356 W. 500 South, Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with contempt of court in a small claims matter. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $163.56 cash bond.

• Latrice J. Burnett, 38, South Bend, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. She was picked up a the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
• Jason Grimm, 38, 3605 S. Wabash Road, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held without bond after allegedly throwing a pregnant woman to the ground.

• Jeremiah A. Vires, 26, 406 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 100 S. 800 East and later released on his own recognizance.

• Bruce A. Messersmith Jr., 52, 3252 E. 400 North, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with nonsupport of a dependent child. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 3209 E. 400 North and held on a $550 cash bond.

• Sylvia D. Keyes, 63, Carmel, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving without a license. She was picked up at the Hamilton County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Phillip A. Hall, 23, 2160 Sunset Lane, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 18th and Pontiac streets and later released on his own recognizance.
