Indiana State Police Wolfpack Patrol keeps troopers busy

On Friday, November 14, the Indiana State Police Bremen District conducted a targeted, high-visibility “Wolfpack Patrol” across the Bremen District. Daytime patrols covered all counties within the district, with primary focus on US 30, US 31, and US 20. Evening patrols mainly concentrated in Elkhart County.

These efforts resulted in: 96 traffic citations, 176 warnings, 7 commercial vehicle inspections, 3 OWI arrests, 14 drug arrests, 22 misdemeanor arrests, 14 felony arrests, 14 total criminal defendants, 19 public services, including assisting EMS with CPR, and 6 agency assists.

Troopers made 14 drug arrests resulting in the seizure of marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and other controlled substances.

Troopers trained in commercial motor vehicle inspections completed 7 inspections, resulting in 11 violations.
