On Tuesday morning of March 5th, at approximately 5:15 a.m.
Officer Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at the corner of Harrison and Center Streets after observing the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Michigan Street.
During the traffic stop the driver, Barcenas Ma Del Rosario, 47, of Berwyn, Illinois, was found to have never been issued a driver's license.
Ma Del Rosario was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for operator never licensed.
