A city police traffic stop for a moving violation ended with the teenage driver being arrested for not having a license.

Thursday morning at approximately 5:15, a Plymouth police officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Street near Meadow Drive for a moving violation. During the officer's investigation, it was determined that the driver was 18-year-old Heydi Herrera-Munguia of West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.

Herrera-Munguia was found to have never been issued a driver's license and was taken into custody before being lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $100 cash bond.
