Corporal Ben McIntyer with the Plymouth Police Department located 43-year-old Katie Hererra in the 300 block of West Garro Street on Monday, September 28th at 8:45 in the morning.
Herrera was taken into custody for a failure-to-appear warrant for 3 counts of misdemeanor fraud. The corporal transported her to the Marshall County Jail, where jail staff took her into custody.
