The planned opening of a recreational marijuana dispensary in downtown Lawrenceville remains on track for early April. That was the assessment of manager Paul "Wag" Crouch II at a public informational meeting held Monday evening in Lawrenceville. The meeting was held by the company Herb Social at Havoline Hall. Crouch presented pertinent information about the company and it's brand. Also discussed were the various types and strains of cannabis that will be available, products, methods of payment, operational hours, staffing among others. The new venture is currently still in the construction phase according to Crouch at it's 616 12th Street location. All the new staff for the dispensary have now been hired and are being trained for a planned opening on the weekend of April 7th. Other informational meetings are being planned for Sullivan Indiana and Vincennes Indiana.
