The Good Samaritan Physician Network will offer drive-through flu vaccine clinics for adults aged 19 and older in the parking lot next to the Medical Center of Vincennes, 406 N. First Street in Vincennes.
Patients can receive the flu vaccine on:
- Saturday, October 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Monday, October 6, from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 8, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Patients will need to bring their ID and insurance card.
“We encourage everyone to take advantage of these convenient drive-through clinics so our community can stay healthy this flu season,” said Sommer Phipps, RN, GSPN Quality and Care Coordination Director at Good Samaritan. “The flu vaccine is one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect yourself and those around you. By getting vaccinated, you’re not only lowering your own risk of illness but also helping to reduce the spread of flu throughout our community.”
For those adults who cannot attend a designated clinic time, please contact your primary care provider’s office or the Knox County Health Department for your flu vaccine.
