A Fort Wayne man was killed Sunday morning in a motorcycle crash on U.S. 30.
Just after 10 a.m. Sunday, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a 911 call of a serious motorcycle and van crash on U.S. 30 at Hawthorn Road.
Paramedics arrived, assessed the motorcycle rider, Seth J. Kuckuck, 34, and determined that he was deceased. Kuckuck was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The coroner was told he had been in Lake County getting his motorcycle endorsement for his driver’s license.
Marshall County Coroner John Grolich said the accident remains under investigation by his office and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
Assisting at the scene Sunday morning was the Plymouth Fire Department and Reichert Towing Services.
