A former Indiana State Police trooper has been charged in Fulton County related to a domestic incident.
Todd Bailey, 51, was arrested when a woman claimed that he held her against her will from where they met at a bar until Bailey let her go at a truck stop.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on Bailey's car and found two loaded weapons. He was also found to be under the influence of alcohol..
Bailey is scheduled for a March court appearance.
He has not been affiliated with the Indiana State Police for nearly 20 years.
