The Embarras River Basin Agency (ERBA) has announced the receipt of an anonymous grant donation of $15,000. The donor requested that the grant be named after former ERBA Executive Director Marsha Roll. The money is being used by the ERBA Housing Counseling Department for mortgage assistance and past due property taxes to struggling area families and seniors living on a fixed income. Sandy Deters, ERBA Housing Counseling Coordinator says that the donation has already helped 17 families remain in their homes.
