Sellhausen arrested for domestic battery, resisting, battery to an officer and battery by bodily waste

A woman living at 1311 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth was arrested by city officers after they were dispatched to a domestic battery situation. 

On Monday at approximately 3:15 p.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to the address on West Jefferson Street to investigate a complaint of domestic battery.

Officers spoke with 32-year-old Christian Everage, who stated that his ex-girlfriend, 29-year-old Dora Sellhausen, battered him inside his apartment while a child was present.

When officers spoke with Sellhausen regarding the incident, she appeared heavily intoxicated and hysterical. As officers attempted to place her into custody, she became resistant and fought with officers.

Sellhausen was successfully taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where she was booked for domestic battery in the presence of a minor, battery against a public safety official engaged in official duty, battery by use of bodily waste, and resisting law enforcement.

Sellhausen was assigned a court date of July 1 and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
