At approximately 8:55 p.m. Christmas Day, Plymouth Police were requested to assist the Marshall County Sheriff's Officers in locating a vehicle that was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Michigan Road south of Veterans Parkway.
City Police and County Deputies worked together and located the suspect vehicle. The driver was identified as 26-year-old Donna Graham of Plymouth. Graham was suspected of being intoxicated and after further investigations, it was determined that she had a blood alcohol level of .17%.
Graham was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a crash, operating while intoxicated over .15, and operating while intoxicated-endangering.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
