Deputy Ash with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on U.S. 30 at Plymouth Goshen Trail for exceeding the posted speed limit Friday morning, May 2nd at 12:15.
During the investigation, a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted, and suspected Marijuana, along with paraphernalia, was located inside the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle, 26-year-old Adam L. White of Saint Charles, Illinois, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and speeding. He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond. White's cash bond was paid about 40 minutes later and he was released.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
