An Ohio man was arrested on Thursday, November 21st, for driving without a license.
Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a gray 2008 Toyota SUV on U.S. 30 at Oak Drive.
During the officer’s investigation, it was found that the driver, 24-year-old Saint R. Ramirez Cova of Columbus, was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver's license.
He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in at 11:30 p.m. with a $100 cash bond. He bonded out at 1:31 Friday morning.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
