The Marshall County Commissioners will meet for the Board of Finance meeting on Monday at 8 a.m. and then their meeting at 8:30 a.m.
The Board of Finance will begin the process of seeking Requests for Proposals for banking services for 2025 and 2026.
During the 8:30 meeting the commissioners will hear from Ethan Sternberg about Tamarack Solar and Rick Hall from Barnes & Thornburg will present the Decommissioning and Road Use Agreements for the industrial solar project near Burr Oak.
Also on the commissioner’s agenda is a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, an update on Building & Grounds from Bill Schoff along with an agreement with Fidlar Technologies Media for County Recorder Janet Howard. The commissioners will also hear a Sick Bank request from HR Administrator Jennifer Daake, the County Attorney’s Report, Auditor’s Report and public comments.
Under Commissioner Items is the first reading of an ordinance enacting the Code of Ordinances, information on the AT&T updates to the tower at the jail along with a pre-pay request for the Building Commissioner’s vehicle from Oliver Ford.
