Fulton County Commisioners, Rochester, Fulton County, in conjunction with Indiana Department of Homeland Security, has applied for Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Fulton County Courthouse Roof. The objective of HMA programs is to fund mitigation measures that reduce the risk of loss of life and property from future hazard events or disasters. The decking will be evaluated for repairs and then a new roof covering and flashing will be applied to all roof surfaces.
