At Monday’s Commissioner meeting, County Plan Director Ty Adley presented the rezoning request to change the zoning from C-2 to A-1. The commissioners conducted a public hearing of the rezoning request of Kenneth and Michelle Bachtel and there were no comments.

He then motioned to suspend the rules since there were no comments against the request and passed the rezoning ordinance on the second and third reading and it unanimously was approved by the commissioners.
