During Monday’s County Commissioner meeting, Sheriff Matt Hassel presented a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the county and the Lake Maxinkuckee Association for lake patrol services.
The sheriff said the only change in the agreement was the termination date to coincide with the end of his term on December 31, 2026.
The commissioners approved the agreement.
Sandy Dunfee, Administrator of the County Health Department was given approval to apply for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant. The commissioners also motioned to approve the agreement for the 317/COVID19 Bridge reimbursement grant.
