Just after 2 a.m. Monday, Plymouth Police were dispatched to a residence on North Walnut Street for the report of an unwanted guest and a possible domestic battery.
Arriving on the scene, Officer Witkowski identified Hector Cerrato-Mendoza, 37, of 207 North Walnut Street. Through the officer’s investigation, it was learned that Cerrato-Mendoza tried to enter the residence forcibly.
Cerrato-Mendoza was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for residential entry, domestic battery, and public intoxication.
