Officer Mark with the Plymouth Police Department observed a male he knew to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license on Tuesday, September 2nd, on East LaPorte Street.  A traffic stop was conducted, and 39-year-old Jorge Terrones of Miner Street in Plymouth was taken into custody.

He was transported without incident to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving while suspended within 10 years. Terrones was given a court date and a cash bond.

On Wednesday, September 3rd, Officer Krynock was dispatched to 4201 North Michigan Street, lot #34, for a domestic disturbance. While he was still en route, county dispatch said the suspect left in a red Dodge Nitro.

Officer Krynock located the vehicle as it left the area and conducted a traffic stop at Western Avenue and Markley Drive at 10:36 a.m.

Eric Gonzales, 36, of Plymouth, was not involved in the disturbance but was driving one of the individuals involved to another home. He was found to have never received a license and was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.  His initial court hearing is scheduled for October 7, and he was given a $100 cash bond.
