Authorities have upgraded one of the charges lodged against a Bridgeport man arrested earlier this week in a domestic violence incident.
47-year-old Keith Green remains incarcerated in the Lawrence County Jail after the alleged stabbing of his wife Amber Monday afternoon at their Ash Street residence. He has now been charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder in the case after originally being charged with Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Aggravated Domestic Battery and Unlawful Restraint.
Amber Green is reportedly in serious condition after undergoing surgery at an Evansville hospital Monday night.
