On May 23rd officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 215 West Washington Street, the Plymouth Police Department to assist the State Parole officer with taking a male party into custody.
Vincent Stephen Carnegie, 36, of the Creekside Manor Mobile Home Park was the parolee to be taken into custody on a warrant.
Carnegie was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on the warrant and held with no bond.Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
