A 911 hang-up call resulted in the arrest of a Bremen man.
Wednesday night, June 18th, at 9:45, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a 911 hang-up call. The call was initiated in the area of 10th and Gumwood Roads.
When County Deputies arrived in the area, they were approached by a female who was noticeably upset. After some investigation, it seemed that the male and female had been in a domestic battery and also had an active protection order in place.
34-year-old Lee Motz Jr. of Corey Drive in Bremen was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for invasion of privacy and domestic battery. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
