On Friday, September 13th, at approximately 5 p.m., Plymouth Police Officers located a subject with an active arrest warrant at The Dollar Tree on Pilgrim Lane.
Mishler Sellers, 41 of South Bourbon Street in Bourbon was taken into custody without incident.
Mishler-Sellers was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on the warrant.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
