The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Corwin S. Booker, 40, Muncie, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of theft. He was picked up at the Delaware County Jail and held without bond.

• Tyra A. Causey, 37, Carmel, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was picked up at the Hamilton County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Ryan A. Jolly, 39, Monterey, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of possession of stolen property and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was taken into custody by Rochester city police at Kroger, 2040 Peace Tree Village, following a report about a fight between a man and woman. He is held without bond.

• At 1:01 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were dispatched to U.S. 31 and State Road 110 on a report of a barn fire.

• At 4:16 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report about drywall scrap littering County Road 100 West between county roads 100 North and 50 North.
Reckless
• At 4:21 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report about drivers of a black truck and blue car possibly racing in the area of State Road 25 and County Road 700 South.
Suspicious
• At 8:32 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report about a woman acting suspiciously in the area of county roads 500 North and 900 West. She was reportedly seen coming out of a neighbor's garage and appeared to be taking pictures. She left the area prior to officers' arrival.
