Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Angela Muscutt, 51, Peru, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Cass County and a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. She was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 300 South and later released on her own recognizance.

• Noah B. Wootten, 23, 4203 E. 300 South, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of public intoxication. He was taken into custody by city police at 1520 Main St. and held without bond.

Police Incidents
Wreck
• Vehicles driven by Tyler Swihart and Benjamin L. Parish collided at approximately 8:28 p.m. Wednesday at 18th Street and Park Road. State Road 14 was temporarily shut down as a result, and no injuries were reported.
Water main break
• At 10:02 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report about a water main break resulting in a sheet of ice in the area of 18th and Jefferson streets. City street and water departments were contacted, with a decision made to shut down Jefferson Street from Sunset Drive to 18th Street until repairs were made.
