Plymouth Police arrested a patron of the Hacienda Restaurant in Plymouth for sexual battery.
Monday evening, September 2nd, a Hacienda employee reported to Plymouth Police Officer Jakub Mark that a male patron of the restaurant had walked up behind her and sexually battered her. Management asked The male to leave the restaurant before law enforcement was notified.
The investigating officer was able to locate the suspect, Lee Patrick Swanson, 42, of Billings, Montana, at Love's Truck Stop.
Officer Mark interviewed Swanson and ended up taking him into custody. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail at 2:40 Tuesday morning for felony sexual battery and held on a $1,500 cash bond. Swanson was released from jail on bond at 9:18 Tuesday morning.
