A Menominee Drive man was arrested on August 25 after County Police responded to a call of a man asleep in his vehicle at a county intersection.
At 6:28 Sunday morning, Marshall County Deputies responded to the area of 12th and Pear Roads in Plymouth for a male asleep in his vehicle stopped at an intersection.
Deputy Johnson was the first to arrive, identifying the male as 23-year-old Dylan C. Beabout of Plymouth.
During the deputy’s investigation, it was found that Beabout was intoxicated. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
