BRAZIL, Indiana (DLC Media) - A Brazil man was arrested after police investigated a battered minor on Monday. Police were alerted to a possible incident after a Union Hospital staff member noticed that a patient had signs of physical battery._x000D_ _x000D_ Police arrested 20-year-old Landon Croy of Brazil a few hours after investigating what may have happened. Croy was also found to have marijuana. Croy now faces separate charges with one related to the battery of a person under 14 years of age. The other charge is a misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge.
