An Argos man wanted on a Felony warrant through Marshall County was arrested in Fulton County on Monday, March 13th by Rochester Police.
26-year-old Carl Walter of the 400 block of West Marshall Street in Argos was lodged in the Marshall County Jail at about 12:30 Tuesday afternoon.
Walter is alleged to have written three bad checks to PC Source, on January 9th, January 10th, and January 13th. To total amount of the three checks is $2,378.61.
A Warrant for the arrest of Mr. Walter was issued through the Marshall County Courts. Walter was able to post the cash bond and was released at 3:15 Tuesday afternoon.
