A 41-year-old Argos man was arrested Tuesday for physical domestic battery against a female.
Just before 1 a.m. Tuesday., the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a 911 call about an unwanted guest at a residence on 17th Road in Argos.
Marshall County deputies, assisted by the Argos Police Department, responded to the scene and found that a physical domestic incident had occurred, resulting in a woman being battered.
Andrew D. Hayn of 17th Road near Argos was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked for domestic battery and held on a $500 cash bond.
