A Plymouth man is being held in the Marshall County Jail on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a legend drug, possession of marijuana, intimidation, and invasion of privacy.
Tuesday morning, September 9th, just after 4 a.m., Plymouth Police Officers executed a search warrant at the residence of 11763 State Road 17 in Plymouth.

Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department assisted Plymouth Police in executing the search warrant of the residence and property.
As a result of the police department's investigation, Oscar J. Andrade of the State Road 17 address was taken into custody for possession of cocaine, possession of a legend drug, possession of marijuana, intimidation, and invasion of privacy, and held on a $500 cash bond
