A Plymouth man was arrested on Tuesday evening, August 10th, after he broke a window in the family home and pushed his mother.
Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to assist the Marshall County Sheriff's Department with a Domestic at 14647 Dixon Lake Trail at 6:24 Tuesday night.
The 911 caller told the Central Dispatch Center that 23-year-old Raudel Martinez-Huizar of the Dixon Lake Trail address had broken their window. When officers arrived, it was determined that Martinez-Huizar also had a warrant out of Marshall County.
He was taken into custody for domestic battery and the warrant and transported to the Plymouth Hospital for an injury to his hand for breaking a window.
Martinez-Huizar was then transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for domestic battery and held on a $2,500 cash bond.
