A 60-year-old female from Plymouth was arrested following a two-vehicle accident on March 31st.
On Monday, at approximately 2:45 p.m., Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Jefferson Street and Lincolnway East for a vehicle accident.
Officers located the two-vehicle accident and determined there were no injuries.
During the investigation, Officer Thornton detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from one of the drivers. That female was identified as 60-year-old Jennifer Walker of 7th Road in Plymouth.
Walker was transported to St Joseph Hospital in Plymouth and submitted to a chemical test. It was determined that she had a BAC of .209. Walker was then transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15% or greater. She was held on a $1500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
