In a press release from Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel, he recognized several dispatchers.
Four Marshall County 911 Dispatchers have achieved National recognition for receiving their Excellence in Dispatching certifications through the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). The dispatchers are Morgan Hite, Jessica Johnson, Molly Laidig, and Nichole Law.
The sheriff said this distinguished achievement is awarded to dispatchers who have completed at least three advanced dispatch courses within two years. He said, “Receiving this recognition shows that our dispatchers are highly trained and will always strive to provide exceptional emergency services to the communities we serve.”
Sheriff Hassel went on to say, “Training is a top priority for our 911 dispatchers, and we take great pride in recognizing these individuals for their hard work and dedication.”
The four dispatchers received a certificate from NENA and were provided with a Marshall County Challenge Coin for their achievement.
