An officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested two men from Indianapolis on Tuesday after a large amount of suspected marijuana was located.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gray 2021 Acura on U.S. 31 near 20B Road. During his investigation, a probable cause search of the vehicle was completed, and Officer Wozniak located a large amount of suspected marijuana.

The driver, 26-year-old Rami Bustani, and his 24-year-old passenger, Tyler B. Isaac, both of Indianapolis, were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
