Triton Central’s Maryrose Felling and Quinn King and Shelbyville’s Jayla Ash have been honored by the Hoosier Basketball Coaches Association.
Felling, a senior, was one of 12 players named All-District for District 3.
Also selected were Columbus North’s Miley McClellan and Kenna Conrad, Connersville’s Ahniyah Bennett, Franklin County’s Ruby Singer, Greensburg’s Aly Powers and Mary Harmon, Indian Creek’s Alexa Sichting, Jennings County’s Mollie Ernstes, Lawrenceburg’s Alahna Beinkemper, Oldenburg Academy’s Rachel Suttmann, and South Ripley’s Kaiya Rinear.
This nomination makes Felling and the rest of the District 3 selections eligible for the HBCA All-Stars.
King, a junior, and Ash, a sophomore, were two of 13 players named Underclass All-District 3.
The other selections were Batesville’s Maggie Jenkins and Kaylin Kathmann, Columbus North’s Kaylie Harmon, Connersville’s Kendyl Bottomley, East Central’s Natalie Stenger and Lilly Maple, Greensburg’s Claire Larrison, Indian Creek’s Reagan Ferris and Ellie Oliver, Jennings County’s Etta Young, and Oldenburg Academy’s Gina Grote.
