Bria Rensberger held up her end of the bargain in a terrific night for Rochester pitchers at Manchester.
The Rochester sophomore joined Zebra baseball pitcher Carson Paulik who threw a no-hitter at the baseball diamond for a Zebras win. Rensberger was dominant with an 18 strikeout, no-hit performance as the Zebras softball team recorded a 10-0 win.
Rensberger wasn't bad at the plate either. She homered and drove in three in a game that only saw Rochester with a 3-0 lead going into the seventh inning. Rochester scored seven times in that final frame to put the game away.
Proving she was human Rensberger did surrender one walk in the complete game win.
Teammates Aubrey Wilson and Gabby Medina each drove in two runs. Darrah Strasser drove in one while going 3-for-4 at the plate.
Rochester (11-3, 3-0 TRC) is the only undefeated team in the Three Rivers Conference.
Manchester is 8-6, 2-1 TRC.
