On Senior Night, the Plymouth Rockies hosted Culver Military Academy in a sectional wrestling showdown.
Plymouth sent the seniors off with a final home win, 50-21.
The evening started off with five JV matches. Plymouths James Waite (126) Vanden Devault (132) Kaiden Houston (150) and Kraiden Mencias (175) all picked up wins by fall.
Plymouth honored their 5 seniors on the team. London Beaumont, Victor Balica, Christopher Firebaugh, Jacob Jackson, and Braxton White.
The varsity showdown started at 215 with CMA picking up the fall.
At Heavyweight John Klinedinst recorded a fall of his own.
Both teams forfeited 106.
Plymouth' s Caleb Jones dominated at 113 with a 1st period pin followed by freshman Dylan Jones (17-2 ) at 120, showcasing his skills with a tech fall.
The Rockies Coen Kraemer kept the streak alive with a 35 second fall. Culver would bounce back at 132 with a win by decision making the score 23-9 in Plymouth's favor.
Plymouth Senior leaders Chris Firebaugh and Braxton White increase the lead with sticks of their own followed by Senior Victor Balica winning a hard fought 6-3 decision. Plymouth Freshman Kenseth Bugg battleed back from a deficit to get a big stick in the 2nd period making the score 44-9.
CMA picked up falls of their own at 165 and 175.
The tinal match of the night ended with Plymouth sophomore Daley Mullins sealing the Rockies' win with a pin in the 3rd period.
