Noblesville captured the title with a 294 followed by Twin Lakes (red) 304 and McCutcheon third with a 327.
Western finished a stroke behind Plymouth in fifth place with a 330.
The event was played at the Tippecanoe Country Club.
Mac Holm topped the Pilgrims with a 79 followed by teammates Dan Nguyen with an 81 and Ben Nguyen with an 82. Caleb Harland carded an 87.
