Hannah LaFree and Madeline Borden put up their lowest scores of the season to propel Plymouth to a third place sectional finish and a trip to regional competition.
Borden (83) and LaFree (84) finished sixth and seventh overall as Plymouth compiled a team score of 355 for a third place finish. Culver Academies won the sectional title with a 315 followed by second-place Warsaw with a 333.
The top three teams advanced to play in Saturday's regional at Noble Hawk Golf Club.
Culver Academies Lynne Zhang tied Abbey Peterson from Warsaw with a sectional-low score of 71. Zhang took medalist honors by winning a seven-hole playoff.
Rounding out the sectional field at Stonehenge GC: NorthWood (371), Whitko (436), Columbia City (437), Wawasee (455), Bremen (457), Triton (483), Tippecanoe Valley (489), Manchester (INC).
For Plymouth, Madison Hauptmann and Noelle Hutchings each carded a 94 for 13th. Taylor hauptmann was 16th with a 95.
Triton golfer Chloe McKinney scored a 96 and will advance as one of the three individual golfers not on an advancing team.
