Plymouth girls golf posted sixth and third place finishes in opening week invitationals.
At the 18-hole Harrison Invitational, Noelle Hutchings carded an 89 while teammate Taylor Hauptman shot 101 in a sixth place finish in the 11-team field. Plymouth posted a team score of 417.
Heritage Christian won the event with a 354. Logansport with a 373 and Harrison with a 377 rounded out the top three.
Plymouth hosted its own 18-hole invitational and finished third in the field of ten teams. Warsaw won the Plymouth Invitational with a 346 with Chesterton nine strokes back at 355.
Plymouth was third with a 389. Noelle Hutchings topped the Plymouth scorecard with an 83 and came in third overall. Meredith Borden posted a 94. Taylor Hauptman had a 98.
Plymouth will play Saturday at the Kokomo Invitational and the Kokomo County Club.
