The Lawrenceville-Red Hill Cross Country Indians competed in the Little Illini Conference (LIC) meet held Wednesday at the Laverne Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Indiana.
In the boys meet, senior Braydan Morrison earned all-conference honors for the third year in a row. He finished 6th out of 51 competitors in a time of 16:37.10 and led the Indians to a 5th place finish out of 7 teams.
In the girls meet, the Lady Indians were one runner short of fielding a full team. Top finisher was Lexi Brooke, who was 17th in a time of 22:33.57.
Lawrenceville will run again in the multi-team Charleston Invitational Saturday, October 18th and will continue to prepare for the regional meet on Saturday, October 25th.
