The Red Hill Lady Basketball Salukis competed hard against the tall and talented Mt Carmel Lady Golden Aces in action Thursday night at Bridgeport, but lost 56-29. The visitors jumped on top 20-8 after one quarter and never looked back. They led 28-18 at the half and 49-24 after three quarters enroute to their 22nd win of the season against only four losses. The Lady Salukis had a 6 game winning streak snapped and are now 11-14 on the season. Caitlee Gray led the scoring with 10 points. The Lady Salukis will host the Lawrenceville Lady Indians Monday in a Lawrence County battle Monday in Bridgeport and the game can be hear on both Lite 103 WAKO and the Legend 99.3 and AM 910 with Steve Anderson and Bill Richardson.
