Keep On Rollin 123 right on target in Miss Roxie Little Futurity Trials at Horseshoe Indianapolis

Keep on Rollin 123 kept right on rolling through the finish line Saturday to lead all qualifiers for the upcoming $386,000 final of the Miss Roxie Little Futurity.

This year’s final marks a new record for the highest purse ever offered for Quarter Horses in the state of Indiana as the Miss Roxie Little Futurity is held Oct. 24 during Indiana Champions Day at Horseshoe Indianapolis.

The event is now in its 18th year, its third as a Restricted Grade 3 race, and its second at a distance bumped up to 400 yards.

Keep on Rollin 123 (main photo) and Martin Munoz entered the gate for the third of six trials for the Miss Roxie Little Futurity from post seven and had a sharp break, vying for the top spot every step of the race. Wyld Over Corona and Eduardo Diaz were holding their own along the inside with Scarcity and Fernando Morin giving it their best shot from the center of the track.

As the race began to come to a conclusion, Keep on Rollin 123 was well in control of the field, passing under the wire in 19.843 seconds for the win. Wyld Over Corona, the second fastest qualifier to advance to the final, finished a length back in second followed by Scarcity.

Keep on Rollin 123 paid $4.20 as the favorite of the field. The two-year-old son of Flying Cowboy 123 is owned by Whiting Ranch and Raymond Whitmire. The Indiana bred gelding is a product of Whiting Ranch’s breeding operation and he is now on a four race winning streak, turning in four wins in five starts for 2026. Ricardo Martinez oversees the training duties for Keep on Rollin 123.

The second fastest trial was awarded to Jazz Solo, ridden by Eduardo Diaz in the first trial. The Encore colt was a gate to wire contender in his trial, winning by a neck over Nachos Secret and Martin Munoz. HH Tessas Beach and Yovani Flores-Munoz finished third.

Trial winners Coup on Fire (20.242), Flying Beach (20.248), and Little Miss Winnie (20.451) will not advance with Coup on Fire and Flying Beach just missing the top 10, placing 11th and 12th, respectively on the trial times.

The final field for the RG3 Miss Roxie Little Futurity, in order with time and jockey, includes: Keep On Rollin 123 (19.843, Martin Munoz); Wyld Over Corona (19.994, Eduardo Diaz); Jazz Solo (20.016, Eduardo Diaz); Nachos Secret (20.060, Martin Munoz); Scarcity (20.070, Fernando Morin); Malibu Kenn (20.121, L.
